WHO WE ARE:  We are a group of Veteran Reenactors living in the Southeastern United States who are trying to accurately portray the gallant men who served with the 1st Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles (RUR) during the Second World War.

     During World War II, the 1st Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles were assigned as Airlanding Troops or (Glidermen) who served  with the 6th Airlanding Brigade, of the 6th Airborne Division and were actively involved in the Invasion of Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge and Operation Varsity, the Allied Airborne Crossing of the Rhine River in March of 1945.

   

WHAT WE DO:  Our unit participates in World War II Reenactments and Living History presentations all over the Southeast and attempt to relive if only for a moment the sights, sounds and experiences those brave men of the Royal Ulster Rifles lived through during those dreadful years of 1939-1945.  For further information, please contact our unit adjutants through our Unit Adjutant section.
